Terms of Service
The plain-English deal: you can make and use your own tiny places, we keep the rights we need to run and grow the shop, and nobody promises the robots are perfect.

Welcome to TinyPlaces.ai(“TinyPlaces,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). TinyPlaces is operated by Gui Talarico as a sole proprietor. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and us covering your use of the TinyPlaces website at tinyplaces.ai and everything we offer there (the “Service”). By using the Service, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
1. What TinyPlaces does
You give us a street address (or an uploaded photo or a description), and the Service uses third-party AI models and reference imagery to produce a stylized 3D miniature-diorama rendering of that place (each, a “Creation”). You can view and spin Creations in your browser, publish them to the public gallery, and optionally order digital downloads or physical prints. The Service is offered as a personal, hobby-scale creative tool, “as is.”
2. Eligibility & your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. We sign you in with a magic email link or with Google; you’re responsible for keeping access to that email account secure and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Enter addresses, upload images, or generate content that you have no right to use, that infringes someone else’s rights, or that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or invasive of another person’s privacy or safety.
- Use the Service to harass, surveil, stalk, or target a specific person or their private property.
- Scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, resell, or abuse the Service, its APIs, or the underlying AI providers, or circumvent rate limits or access controls.
- Upload malware or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access.
We may remove content, throttle usage, or suspend accounts that we reasonably believe violate these Terms.
4. Inputs & third-party imagery
To build a Creation we may pull reference imagery and map data from third-party sources. That source material belongs to its respective owners and is subject to their terms. When you upload your own photo, you confirm you have the right to use it and to grant us the license below. You are responsible for the inputs you provide.
5. Your Creations: ownership & license
You can use your own Creations. As between you and us, you may use, display, and print the Creations you generate, including for commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the rights of any third-party source material involved.
Your rights are non-exclusive. A Creation is generated from a real-world place and from third-party AI models and imagery, so you do not get exclusive rights to a place, a style, or a resulting image. Other people may generate similar Creations of the same or nearby places, and anyone may order a print of a Creation that has been published to the public gallery.
License to TinyPlaces. So we can run, display, improve, and commercialize the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully sublicensable and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, publicly display and perform, distribute, create derivative works from, sell, print, and otherwise commercialize and monetize your Creations and the inputs you submit — including in the public gallery, in marketing and promotional materials, and as physical or digital products and merchandise. This license survives even if you stop using the Service.
About AI output and copyright.Creations are produced by generative AI. Purely AI-generated material may not be eligible for copyright protection in some jurisdictions, and similar outputs may be generated for other users. We make no promise that any Creation is original, protectable, or free of resemblance to other works, and we don’t guarantee you will own enforceable rights in it.
6. The public gallery
Creations you publish (and details such as the place title and general location) may be displayed publicly in the gallery, shared via links, and featured by us. Don’t publish anything you wouldn’t want to be public. We may decline to publish, or remove, any Creation at our discretion.
7. Purchases, prints & payments
Some features — high-resolution digital downloads and physical prints — are paid. Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we don’t see or store your full card details. You authorize us (through Stripe) to charge the total shown, including any applicable taxes calculated at checkout. Physical print fulfillment and shipping may be limited or still rolling out; estimated timelines are not guarantees.
8. Refunds
Because digital downloads are delivered instantly, sales of digital Creations are final and non-refundable once the file has been generated or downloaded, except where required by law. For physical prints, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund. Reach out at with any order issue.
9. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties including Stripe (payments), Supabase (accounts and data), Vercel (hosting), and various AI and imagery providers. Your use of features powered by them may also be subject to their terms, and we’re not responsible for third-party services.
10. Our intellectual property
The TinyPlaces name, logo, site design, code, and brand are owned by us. These Terms don’t give you any right to use them except as needed to use the Service normally.
11. Disclaimers
The Service and all Creations are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI output can be inaccurate, and a Creation is a stylized interpretation — it may not accurately depict a real building, property, or location. We don’t warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TinyPlaces will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim or US $100.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TinyPlaces from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your inputs, your Creations, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or of any third party’s rights.
14. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. The sections that by their nature should survive (including the license in Section 5, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) survive termination.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “last updated” date above. Material changes may be announced in the Service. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing any formal claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally. The courts located in California will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that isn’t resolved that way.
