Privacy Policy

What we collect, why, and who we share it with. Short version: your email to sign you in, the addresses and images you give us to make Creations, and basic analytics to understand what's working.

Last updated May 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how TinyPlaces.ai(“TinyPlaces,” “we,” “us”), operated by Gui Talarico as a sole proprietor, handles personal information when you use the website at tinyplaces.ai (the “Service”). It works alongside our Terms of Service.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information. When you sign in with a magic email link or with Google, we collect your email address and, for Google sign-in, your basic profile (such as name) as provided by Google.
  • Content you provide. The addresses, descriptions, and any photos you submit, and the Creations generated from them.
  • Order & payment information. If you buy a download or print, your purchase and (for physical orders) shipping details. Payments are processed by Stripe — we do not see or store your full payment card number.
  • Usage & device data. Basic analytics about how you use the Service (pages viewed, actions taken, approximate location, browser/device type), collected via our analytics provider.

2. How we use it

  • To operate the Service: sign you in, generate Creations, and run the gallery.
  • To process orders, deliver downloads, and fulfill prints.
  • To understand usage, fix bugs, and improve the Service.
  • To communicate with you about your account, orders, or support requests.
  • To protect the Service against abuse and to comply with the law.

3. Cookies & analytics

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies:

  • Essential cookies that keep you signed in and the Service working (set by our authentication provider, Supabase).
  • Functional storage that remembers preferences such as UI layout.
  • Analytics cookies/identifiers set by our analytics provider (PostHog) to measure usage and improve the product.

You can control or clear cookies in your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may break sign-in. If you are in a region with cookie consent requirements, you can also limit analytics by using your browser’s tracking controls.

4. How we share information

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Service, and only as needed:

  • Stripe— payment processing.
  • Supabase— accounts, authentication, and database.
  • Vercel— website hosting and delivery.
  • PostHog— product analytics.
  • AI & imagery providers— the AI models and reference-imagery sources used to build your Creations from the inputs you provide.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms, or in connection with a transfer of the business.

5. Publicly visible information

Creations you publish to the gallery — along with details like the place title and general location — are public and may be viewed, shared, ordered as prints by others, and featured by us, as described in our Terms. Please don’t publish anything you want to keep private.

6. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data (see below); note that publicly published Creations and information needed for legal or accounting purposes may be retained.

7. Your choices & rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to or limit certain processing. To exercise any of these, email us at and we’ll respond within a reasonable time. We won’t discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

10. International users

We operate from the United States and our providers may process data in the U.S. and elsewhere. By using the Service you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in countries with different data-protection laws than your own.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We’ll update the “last updated” date above, and material changes may be announced in the Service.
